I'm not sure why, but this has been marked as "[User Discussion]", which by definition means that Sierra Support won't follow or comment on it. If that's not what you intended, I'm not sure what you need to do to fix it. You can try posting a message making it clear you're asking for help from Support, but if that doesn't work you might have to just re-enter the request again as a new thread. Personally, I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm very curious to find out if this is possible. Merlin
