Hello SC Support, I am trying to open a chart and a DOM for this symbol but I just get the following message: “Symbol Error: Unknown symbol with ID 100036 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted.” My data feed for stocks is from IB. The symbol I need to open a chart is EOA (The company is E.ON, from Germany). The exchange I use for this symbol is CHIXDE. So, I open a chart then follow the instructions provided in this link (http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IBSymbols.html#Stock) and insert the following symbol: EOA-STK-CHIXDE When I click apply I just get that mentioned message and I can’t figure out why. The symbol is working perfectly with TWS and Ninja Trader (with NT the symbol is EOA\|CHIXDE). Could you please give me some instructions? Thanks in advance.
