I never use a DOM.... This is an integrated trading ladder on the right side of the chart. You should give it a try. You can also activate the Chart Values tool at the same time to have a horizontal line across the chart at the price level you are pointing at on the trading ladder/DOM. The particular order actions that are performed with the left and right clicks and also based upon the particular column can be configured through Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings.
