Do you know what version you were running before you updated?

We do have reports of a problem with 1581, but different than this. And in any case there should never be a problem in Sierra Chart which would cause an issue like this. In general that is impossible. We do not have any other reports of this and never have.

A problem like this is going to be a system issue. Sierra Chart does not do anything which would cause a whole system to freeze. That is really impossible.

At this point just make sure you are running version 1580 or earlier:
