Do you get really big commission dollars from CTS?
No not at all. Nothing. The number of users using the new CTS connection is quite low. Less than 10.That message was put in many months ago to announce the new CTS and LMAX services. We just have not yet removed it. It is not as though it is intended to pop up again and again. But whenever there is a change with the overall message text which in your case there was apparently due to a message about the usage time coming to an end, then the system messages displayed. Also it is nothing more than a single sentence. It is bad enough that your popup dialogs start bugging me 7 days before data services expire to pay up for the following month. These messages are important to inform the user the normal access is going to come to an end. If we did not display this, then normal access to Sierra Chart would be abruptly ended. And we have from time to time received quite harsh complaints when users do not get notified about this. So here it is we receive a complaint about the message, and others have complained when they don't. There is not really much we can do. Those messages must remain. Keeping the user informed about the status of their account is critical, also when it comes to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the fact that it is going to be renewed, and what the cost is.And there is the option on the System Notification message window, to prevent it from showing again until there is a change with text.
