As a test, I did a fresh install and the problem is still occurring. 1. Renamed old sierra charts folder 2. Fresh install to c:\sierracharts 3. Configured GAIN account. Production server. Set Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 second. 4. Created a new intraday chart for "USD/JPY", 1 minute. Problem still occurs. Full screenshot attached Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-06-29 04:20:16
