The problem is you have not set a trusted IP address in the Trader Workstation. It needs to be 127.0.0.1


So are you still having a problem connecting?

Alternatively, when Sierra Chart connects to Trader Workstation there will be a new window displayed by Trader Workstation asking you to accept the connection. You just need to press the Yes button.
