Our developer says he added an input field into the study settings to select an alert sound - which I have already seen and tried - but when you select, say, alert2 and set that up in Global Settings it just doesn't work. Now, I'm just the support guy and cannot authorise paying the developer to find the issue here - so unless you guys have any ideas I'm just gioing to tell the user it cannot be done.
