Hi - with clients now running more than one study, I am asked how to apply a different alert sound to each study. I have tried a variety of methods but it always reverts back to Alert 1. The study developer is away and I was wondering if this was something that was coded into the study or was it something that could be set up in Sierra - because I cannot make it work! There are similar issues with email alerts - the only setting appears to be global, and if a user just wants an email alert on a particular study and not another study based on 5 min charts (too many emails) we cannot figure out how to do that either. Any pointers to resolving this? |
