Thanks. I would have to disagree with your description of how many times the alert is sounded. My scenario uses 1 order placement that incorporates 4 contracts and attached orders. The system is not playing one sound per order, but rather one sound per contract. if i place one order for a 4 lot, i will get 4 sound repetitions. And if i cancel (assuming i have alerts set to notify on cancel), i will get 12 alerts, one alert for each contract regardless of how many resting "orders" they are contained within. I hope i'm not sounding like i'm splitting hairs, this is not my intent. but alerts functioning in this manner is extremely annoying and forces us (well, me anyway) to disable the alert, which is not the preferred option, obviously. I had already reviewed the documentation you posted, and the # of alerts was set to "1". So is it correct to assume that no matter what alert sound i use, it will be triggered based on the number of contacts filled, or cancelled? Even if i were to create my own wave file that said "Order Filled", that too would repeat it self four times on entry of a 4-lot?
