Dear support,
I have a customer that is not showing any trades in the “trades” tab in the Trade activity logs, he is certain that the settings are correct, it is working on one of his machines and not on another one, I referenced your support board, (below), but the trades still do not appear in that tab Any recommendations would be great…he also has an issue with the charts taking forever to load on the same machine, which may be a corrupted/out of date study that is enabled, but again the duplicate study runs fine on the other machine Sierra Chart Support |
