I have since got the message that the sierrachart.exe file is infected by TrojanGeneric20319864 and has been removed by my BitDefender Antivirus program !
This is the problem.

Notice this is a generic detection. It is a false positive. Refer to:

You will need to reinstall Sierra Chart after disabling your antivirus software.
