Yeah I have the same thing sort of. I like to use alt-tab a lot to find things but there is a huge amount of windows stacked from Sierra when I alt-tab. Ideally, they would make it so that a single application is listed in the task bar and windows alt-tab list. Then you would click on Sierra in the task bar (or alt-tab) and all your Sierra previously viewed workspace comes to the foreground - detached included. I have used other charting applications that do as I describe with their detached windows (ie. Neoticker).
