When pressing Flatten button on SC, it Reverses all open positions. This (I assume) is due to, as the Flatten Button sends the reciprocal order to the server [according to SC user manual] and since my FXCM account is set up to "Force Open" (FXCM calls it 'Hedging turned on') this creates another open order; result= two open positions. How can SC buttons be reconfigured to actually EXIT a trade? Or can SC be configured to accept accounts with "Force Open" (hedging turned on) enabled and hence treat its Flatten button different? And I guess the Reverse Button would then be even worse as you end up with three open positions (with accounts that have "Force Open" enabled) Please advise.
