Hello, I just activated a second real time data connection. My first connection is using sierra's real time feed and IB for my live account. For the second connection I just want to connect to sierra's real time feed to trade a sim account. I have checked "allow support for real time feed", have paid and signed documents but when I connect to the feed I'm seeing symbol unknown even though I am using the correct symbol ESM17 and the chart isn't updating properly. Can I just connect to Sierra's feed and not my broker and still get real time data to trade a sim account? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-04-26 18:22:11
