There must be something not correct about the Symbol Settings for that symbol you added. We also see that you apparently deleted symbol settings. Perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps Enter the Round Turn Commission on the ???? symbol pattern to match 4 character symbols.
