Everything was working through the close on Friday, April 7, 2017. (Note: I only trade spot forex.) Gain Capital/OEC had a software upgrade today which I implemented. Now Sierra Charts will no longer connect. Gain Capital states everything is correct/enable on their side. I checked the Gain Capital/OEC problem area in the Sierra Charts documentation and did not see anything that would help me. Maybe I just missed something. I will send a copy of the login log to you. Hopefully you can tell me what I need to do to get Sierra Charts to connect again.
