Hi Sierra Support, I would like to report a problem I have today. I have been using your charts for HSI with data feed from RC Order Flow. There are altogether 3 charts that I normally use but one of them have not been showing the bars with only the price indicator remains active. I have attached screen shots from all 3 charts for your reference. I have consulted my friends who also use the same charts but it seems that only I am having this problem. Please kindly clarify the cause of the situation and I would much appreciate your support. Thank you, SY Tong |
