Yes check with your broker because you should be able to log into the web trader/portal.

Can you confirm that you had a position in June YM at this time in US Eastern time: 2017-03-28 17:27:33.793


If so we will let CTS know about this.

I checked back with them, I have to pay 25$ extra to be able to check on any CTS platform. Are you aware of some other way of checking positions live with them?
