Hi I have open a free trial account with Sierra Charts and I want it to be connected to a sim account I have in Stage5 trading. I already did the download and did the DTS connection. However, Sierra Charts will not open. I did the installation on a folder named "SierraCharts2" as I already have Sierra Charts running with an account I have with Infinity Futures. However I want to close this Infinity futures account and move everything to Stage5 trading, The problem is I am not able to open Sierra Charts.
