I'm sorry to have caused all these problems for you, and for not following your instructions. As far as downloading is concerned: In regards to the slow data downloading mentioned in post #6, we now realize this is because you are using CTS. To dramatically improve this, use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
I'm using Rithmic. It's an intermittent problem and I can always manage to download historical contracts eventually so I only asked the question in case there was some known issue with these types of downloads or something I was doing wrong.Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Sorry again. |
