At this point, neither of you have followed our instructions. We asked for a chart image following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Neither of you did that. We will not accept another image. In this particular case we do not need anything marked up on the chart. We asked you to enable Chart >> Show Rollover Dates. Neither of you did that. At this point there is no help we can provide because neither of you have provided proper evidence of a problem in the chart images you have posted. as you can see in the attached image the volume for March the 9th is the first day of the June contract when it should be the last day of the March contract. That is not clear because our specifications were not followed. Initially it looked as though there was missing data on March 9.
