You can follow the procedure here to reset Sierra Chart to a default state: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails39.html But we do not think it is going to make a difference. Just give us about one day to think through this and add some additional logging to try to isolate the source of the problem. i have sierra running direct with my transact feed and its working ok on 1522 Not sure exactly what you mean by this. What is working OK?
