We will add this:
• Add a user defined gap between the pullback column and the last numbers bar
Did you want this based on pixels?

• Add an optional border around the pullback column to help visually differentiate it from the last bar
There is already a separator which can be enabled:
Numbers Bars: Draw Historical Pullback Separator

We can add the ability to customize the color and thickness of the separator line. We prefer that you just rely on that.

• Make it possible to lock or set the end point of the volume profile to the current bar so it updates in real time (meaning it would adapt to include any new price action that develops after the profile was drawn)

This is already supported. Refer to the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/VolumeByPrice.php#ManuallyDrawnVolumeProfilesExtendToLastBar

• Have 2 colour settings for the volume profile – one for static and one for dynamic (or realtime) profiles. Just to clarify, a static profile is drawn on historical bars whereas a dynamic profile includes the current bar (and updates to include all new price action). For example, a user may choose to have their static profiles be blue and their dynamic profiles be magenta so anytime a static profile is drawn, the color of the profile would be blue and anytime a dynamic profile is drawn the color would be magenta.

The Draw Volume Profile tool supports up to 24 configurations. So this is already supported just by choosing the configuration which has the color that you pre-configured. Refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/VolumeByPrice.php#StepByStepInstructionsConfigureDrawVolumeProfileTool

• Have a setting that automatically changes a profile from static to dynamic. For example, if you had a static profile and you now wanted to change the end point to include the current bar, instead of manually adjusting the end point of the static profile to include the current bar, you could right click on the profile and choose a “Dynamic Profile” option in the right click menu which would do this for you

This can be done by right clicking on the drawn Volume Profile and selecting Volume Profile Settings. You will want to change this input:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/VolumeByPrice.php#Input_VolumeGraphPeriodType

To From Start Date-Time To End

We will see if we can add a single menu command for this though.
