I'm sorry you had to go out of your way to answer a customer (long time by the way) service question. Its an unfortunate part of a service business and why I became a trader instead. An option to import daily bar data to overwrite the existing downloaded vendor file would seem to be the simple solution. That appears to be what you are doing with the intraday data import. It would be like editing out a spike or some other errant data point. It is frustrating to me that you would end the discussion before it is complete. I am not asking for something all that crazy as you suggest. I do hope your day gets better. Truly, I do. I love the software and couldn't trade without it.
