I figured out how to delete the old data. You can open all your chartbooks, go into the data folder and cut all the SCID files and paste them in a different folder (the open charts will keep the active ones from being moved), skip the ones that can't be moved, then you can delete the new folder with all the old data. After you roll your contract the historical data will download as small .dly files so as long as you have that one intraday scid file it shouldn't screw up the Sierra setup. Hope it helps. I just deleted 4 gig of useless files. So far it's working. Stoked! |
