Ok. They can have Sierra Charts and a simulator for free for 6 weeks but they need to pay for the live data (via a funded trading account)or get a feed elsewhere. Is that correct?
Yes they can have Sierra Chart free for six weeks.

Regarding the data feed, Sierra Chart does provide a data feed, but the CME exchange fees are higher if there is not a funded trading account with a supported broker as explained here:

If so can you can you send me a link for the charts and simulator so they can use that now with the delayed data. I will see what they want to do about live data.

We have a funded trading account. Can they be linked to that for the data fees so they dont all need accounts that are funded?
No, and please do not ask these kinds of questions. The exchanges are never going to tolerate anything like this.
