please notice that you use port 8029:

at the same time FXCM sent me mail and said to use port 80.

in my case it also doesn't work, fails with error:
>Error connecting socket. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2013-08-15 09:55:48

but my problem is different, both FXCM support and SC support answered that due to some reasons I can't accept non-HTTP data on port 80... still investigating this, since I simply have standard DSL router connection and firewall was off..
