I work quite often with rectangles. Is it possible to give the rectangle tool an extension option (see attached file)? The reason for that is very simple. In many cases I use an extented rectangle and I set an alert. If that rectangle is triggert the color and/ or draw style is changing. But unfortunatly there is no option to set the rectangle without any extension - or in all cases of the drawing tool alert in general - to erase the drawing. Maybe it is easy for you to add that option(s).
