We noticed that you posted your CQG username/password. We deleted that. We strongly recommend that you change your CQG password. Please do not post that information here.

Since you have a CQG account, follow through the instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

There is nothing that needs to be disabled related to TD Ameritrade.

If you have any trouble connecting to CQG, we will need to see a copy of the Message Log. Provide that by following these instructions here:

It is not unusual to have trouble connecting, because it is possible your CQG account through Dorman may not be properly set up. Once we see the connection information we will know what the problem is.
