Lately I'm getting solid black backgrounds using the "AskVol BidVol Diagonal Difference Percentage" (the bottom option in the drop-down). (See attached screenshots) My colors for the thresholds do not have any black. The first thought was that there was no data for this level - so I've deleted and redownloaded (nevertheless, my text color is black, and if I make it white, there is data there). I've also tried: 1) two different data sources 2) two different machines 3) wireless and ethernet 4) changing the compare threshold values 5) adding a 4th compare threshold value Please advise. |
