Thinking of switching because of difficulty with activating a service package on your account and adding credit to your account? This does not make sense. Whatever problem you are having, we can immediately resolve it.

What are you having difficulty with?

This is easily done right here:

More details are here (but you should not even have to read these):
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access

We have also added the ability to renew usage time in 3, 6 and 12 month increments. And there is an additional discount for these. This is very similar as to before.

You simply activate the service package that you want to use on your account which also includes the time period which it is for which can be 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. And then add credit to your account to pay for it. This is all. And the only thing you have to do after this, is add credit to your account as necessary.

Your account is already set to renew:
Service Package Enabled For Renewal:   3 (Monthly)

Did you want to renew your account monthly or for a longer time?

Sierra Chart offers numerous services, and it only makes sense that these are paid from a common balance which is funded once rather than making multiple payments for different services. We have one group of users who use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and they told us that with the changes we made, it then was easier for them.

And also once the long-term user discount is removed and there is a standard discount for everyone based upon the number of months paid for at once, this adds further simplification.

Although it really does not complicate anything now other than creating a pricing inconsistency between users. The idea behind the change is that all users have a consistent price, and if someone wants to pay for multiple months at once, they are immediately entitled to a discount. This is the reason why we are going back to the way it was previously.

And the other problem with the long-term user discount is that it creates more of a support burden on us because inevitably there are questions about it and what discount someone is entitled to.
