Just for our own information we have asked CTS this question: In the case where there is a long position of +1 lot, and 2 separate active sell orders each with a quantity of 1 for the very same futures market, what would be the the margin requirement for this?
It seems as though there should not be any additional margin requirement beyond what is required for the long position of +1 because the sell orders at most would create a position of short 1.
