This is not good.

The problem is on the Interactive Brokers side and these are the relevant messages:

The first thing that we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart and see if the problem is resolved. This is an absolute necessity so please follow our instructions. Here are the instructions to do this:

If you continue to have the problem, you will need to report this to Interactive Brokers but in our experience, they will claim the problem is on our side. The last time this was investigated, it was abundantly clear that it was an issue on the Interactive Brokers side and they did not recognize it. This is one of the problems when working with Interactive Brokers.

This is the message that you need to tell Interactive Brokers about:
Error reading request:Message type 37. Unable to parse data. java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "STK".
