With Sierra Chart you will get Bid Volume and Ask Volume from the real-time data received from Rithmic. Just not historical data. So if you are connected as much as possible to Rithmic, you will get this data. Rithmic has very limited historical tick data and it does not have bid volume or ask volume. Sierra Chart does not support that limited data. In the case of Optimus Futures, there is an arrangement to provide alternative historical data.
