I just got off the phone with TT and this is the e-mail I was sent and was told to contact you guys with this information: "Thank you for calling CSC. All we saw were heartbeats (Tag 35=0). Craig has also confirmed that he has not received any reports from other traders who are actively routing orders via this FA. Andrew will be escalating this further with his FIX Application vendor. "
