Your Trade Service Log message says: Requesting order status for non-responsive order. | Symbol: ESH7 | TradeAccount: E** | InternalOrderID: 16298 | 2016-12-14 15:22:40 * Order Error - Order timed-out waiting for response from service/exchange server. Internal Order ID: 16298. Service Order ID: 125228526. Symbol: ESH7 | 2016-12-14 15:23:10 * I had the Gain order desk cancel the order and then I was able to enter and modify it. Will in Gain customer service says the issue is known to Sierra Chart and only came up this week and Sierra Chart is working on it. True? What should I do to prevent recurrence?
