Hello,

We have a user of ours that is connecting through a CTS connection that is having the following error:

"Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: C:\SierraChart\Data\CME_CO-GC-CME_20131200_GCZ3.dly | 2013-08-06 16:54:22
HD Request # 23 - Received 0 records and wrote 0 records for CME_CO-GC-CME_20131200_GCZ3 | 2013-08-06 16:54:22
HD Request # 23 - Daily download COMPLETE for CME_CO-GC-CME_20131200_GCZ3 | 2013-08-06 16:54:22"

The user also reports not being able to see his account information.

Please advise with the procedure to correct this problem.
