Do not use a 10 millisecond chart update interval:

Chart Update Interval: 10

Do not use lower than 200 milliseconds. We are not going to help with the consequence of a low setting.

You also have apparently set a ridiculously high days to load in this chart:

You are creating your own problems. Do you know that you are attempting to load about 100 years of data. This is insane.

Only load about 30 days of data for now. Refer to:

You did not set Sierra Chart to connect to the TT FIX server at all:
