It does not appear as though you read my post above yours. You directed me to the very section I said probably does not apply to this problem. I read all of those subsections prior to posing the question. The cpu usage is very low while this is happening and there is plenty of memory available. Wouldn't those two situations indicate that the problem lies elsewhere? Thanks.
