This is already supported. You just need create another chart and set it to 30 minutes per bar and follow the instructions here for single bar volume profiles: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_VolumeByPrice.html#SingleBarVolumeProfiles You can add a 2nd Volume by Price study to the same chart and set it to display a more narrow profile that covers 1 Day.
