The data feed trial is now active on your account and we have enabled the CME exchange with market depth data. Follow through the instructions here to connect to your Interactive Brokers account to be able to use the real-time CME data: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services Not sure if you want market depth data or not but it will be provided this month. Let us know if you do not want to continue with that. If you were aware of the internal complaints between a couple of engineers, related to CME exchange fees, you would understand. They have the most stupidest and unfair policies and we waste far too much time related to exchange fees. Probably not a day that goes by that we do not complain about that.
