Hello i am with ninja trader brokerage and CQG continuum
i asked for another set of credentials to be connected to sierra chart but it's not working.

Ninja trader brokerage said :

We had tested the connection on our end and we advise that you contact Sierra Charts in regards to your connection issues. I will clarify again that the username 2tl1813.cqg is enabled for Sierra Charts and Market Data.

if you can help me with that please
