I understand the software is quite inexpensive and I have watched the software grow over the years. Certainly I have my moments as a user who fails to fathom the depth of all the software's possibilities and limitations. In one sense it is priced for beginners, but beginners have questions which costs time=money and even long-time users can have questions. I acknowledge sc is striving to provide an affordable, reliable product with a limited amount of support and I will do my best to be more thorough in understanding your software and documentation. I wrote to the recommended programmer about two things, but the one challenge is not solved in entirety, because of the inaccuracy of float type variables. Certainly I needed to keep searching for an answer while your recommendation said they needed a few days before they could put the code in the debugger, but as far as I could tell from their email, they understood. They mentioned they also needed time to look at sierra chart ACSIL, because they had only a limited understanding. But, currently we are corresponding about another situation and I certainly appreciate your referral and find it a great service to have third party support. I can recommend sc to all because you do take the time to help, but if help costs too much, then your product certainly loses value. I hope you find the right balance.
