Dear all, I am writing to you with a matter regarding data from Vienna Stock Exchange provided by Interactive Brokers. To be exact, I am interested in stocks EBS/ERST, VER, ANDR, OMVV, LENV, BWOA and UNIQ. For my purposes I need to view and trade according to real time depth of market (order book, level 2) data. The data is functional in real time in Interactive Brokers, but not in Sierra. When I load the ticker/symbol into Sierra, it loads historical up-to-date data, but after the initial load it does not update the chart for new realtime data at all. The chart is static and does not show depth of market (in Sierra, IB are okay). I am talking about market hours of course. The ticker format I use is (e.g.): VER-STK-VSE We tried to find the problem by checking other symbols and their connectivity with Sierra. Connection with american stocks (AAPL) and forex (EURUSD) work without problems (at least on level one, we did not purchase level 2 data for these) - the chart updates realtime. Therefore we believe that the problem may be connected to the way Sierra handles data from Vienna stock exchange. My friend had a similar problem with a different (also less frequently traded) instrument in Sierra and you successfully provided a solution. The problem was connected to Sierra software. I hope my explanation was clear. I need connection with Interactive brokers to view realtime orderbook data for VSE. Shall you have any other questions, I will happily explain the matter further.
