How did you send the Sierra Chart installer log? We do not see it.

Anyway, it looks as though there is a firewall blocking the connection. Disable any firewall software on your computer. The Windows firewall does not need to be disabled and is not a problem.

Actually, we understand now why we do not see the installer log is because the firewall is blocking sending even that.
