Hi, I just downloaded a trial of SierraChart. I am trying to use the data feed from a demo OEC account. I selected their sim server and entered my username and password but I get this error when it tries to connect: Connecting to Open E Cry server: sim.openecry.com:9200... \| 2013-04-03 16:20:11 Failed to login to Open E Cry. Reason: (8) SoftwareNotPermitted \| 2013-04-03 16:20:11 Error connecting to Data or Trading service. For help with this issue, press the Send For Analysis button on this window. \| 2013-04-03 16:20:11 To prevent further connection attempts, select File >> Disconnect. \| 2013-04-03 16:20:11 Disconnected from Open E Cry. \| 2013-04-03 16:20:11 Will reconnect to the server in 5 seconds. Select File >> Disconnect to prevent further connection attempts. \| 2013-04-03 16:20:11 Any ideas? Thanks!
