1. If you are certain the OCO order was on the server side, then contact your broker about this. The Trade Activity Log will indicate if it was a server-side OCO:

So you need to find out if the Rithmic server did not handle the OCO properly.


2. OK. There is no guarantee this will happen.

3. It is not going to flatten a nonexistent Trade Position because the Position should no longer exist in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions and the determination of what Positions exist is always from that tab.

Although it will take about five seconds for that tab to update upon a connection and there is the possibility a flatten command could be automatically sent before then.
