It is very disappointing to realize that Sierra Chart is not a reliable trading platform, and that it is so cheap for a reason, because it is unreliable. Sierra Chart is proving itself to be a trading platform for sim traders. Your attitude is very disappointing as well. Consistently disappointing. I will contact your management about this event. You know your platform was at fault here. Otherwise you would not have credited my account with one month of time. But you are unable or unwilling to apologize, and seem to be shifting the responsibility to others. I will have to explore switching platform as soon as I have free time. If you want to kick me out as a customer because I suffered from a Sierra Chart shortcoming and brought this up to your attention, then go ahead. There is nothing further to add to this thread unless you want to a) confirm the problem is the chart update interval, and b) offer a proper apology and compensation (how can you not offer USD 90 in time credit as a token gesture is baffling).
