I have noticed that often you advise customers in the Support Board to post their entire message log as it contains no private information. This part of the documnetation refers: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#log However, I have just started playing around with running two instances on the same PC via DTC SubInstance and have noticed that the message log in this situation does mention my Account Name several times. Not sure if this is an issue, or if you need to modify the documentation referred to above to suggest to posters to supply it via 'Send for Analysis' in such situations, or maybe you might even remove the reference to the account name in the message log.
